Entry process once reaching Clandon Golf Club

When you arrive at the roundabout to turn right into the golf club please wait in the right hand lane.

A steward will then assess the density of runners on the course at the time and will allow you to cross the roundabout into the golf club when safe to do so.

Please follow directions from the stewards at all times.

Upon exiting stewards will provide access across the roundabout onto the A25 Epsom Road eastbound when safe to do so.

Timings when the Epsom Road will be busy with runners

It will be quicker getting across the course when there are fewer runners on the section outside the golf club. We therefore recommend if coming to the golf club to arrive at the least busy times. These are outlined below:

07:00 – 08:00 – No runners on the Epsom Road, access will be quick.

08:00 – 09:00 (Busy) – Runners will be on the Epsom Road and access may take a little longer once there is a gap in runners.

09:00 – 09:30 – Most runners will have gone past Clandon Golf at this point meaning access will be much quicker.

After 09:30 – Access will be fully available again from the East and West.

10:00 – All road closures for the event will be removed.
