Societies T&C

* A Society booking is a minimum of 10 players
* Confirmation of total number of players must be confirmed and paid for in full 7 days prior to your booking.
* There are no refunds if your final numbers decrease on the day.
* Additional players may join and pay their fee on the day if there are spaces within your allocated tee times. Your reserved tee times cannot be changed any later than 7 days in advance of your booking.
* A deposit is required £124 for weekday or £164 for weekend/bank holiday bookings.
* If you decide to cancel more than 14 days in advance of your booking your full deposit will be returned .
* If you decide to cancel less than 14 days in advance 50% of your deposit will be returned.
* Society Bookings are exempt from any concessionary rates ( junior, twilight or senior)
* A society booking includes tea/coffee and a Bacon Bap . No discount is provided if food is not required.
* Bookings start from 10am as 4 balls.
* Buggies must be booked in advance separately by the person intending to use them.
* Payment can be made by debit/credit card.  (we do not accept Cash or cheques)
