Please phone the club: 01483 451867 or email: info@clandongolf.co.uk to cancel or reschedule your booking. If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your date of play your green-fee will be refunded. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee. If you fail to cancel your booking (no show) there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee. Bookings are transferable on a like-for-like basis up to 7 days in advance. This means that a booking for, say, a twilight rate on a weekday cannot then be transferred to a weekday or weekend morning within the booking window. If you choose a more expensive tee-time than the original booking the difference in green fees has to be paid but if you choose a cheaper tee-time any price difference is not refundable. A transferred booking is not eligible for another transfer or a refund so if you cannot make the revised tee time you will not be able to transfer a second time and will not be eligible for any refund. If you are unsure of how our cancellation policy affects your booking please contact the club beforehand as these Terms & Conditions are not designed to be open to interpretation. Maximum Group Size: For reasons of Health and Safety it is strictly 4 golfers maximum per tee-time only. Caddying is only permitted when the group size does not exceed 4 players.
