Membership Terms & Conditions – July 2024
  
All Members and their guest(s) must adhere to the club rules.
 
All Members and their guest(s) must adhere to the ‘smart casual’ dress code.
·         Tee booking can be done in person, over the phone or online. 
·        We are pre-book and pre-pay so guests  must be paid for in advance or incur a £5 surcharge.  
         4-Ball Max Group Size. No bag sharing.
 Be   Before teeing off all Members and guest(s) must report to Reception and sign in. 
·         Advance bookings per card can be made at any one time and up to a maximum of 10-days in advance.
·         The Membership cards are for individual use only and improper use will result in the Membership being withdrawn and no monies refunded.
·         All players must be able to play sufficiently well to be able to keep up with pace of play on the course at all times.
·         When you join, your renewal date will be 12-months from this date. If you do not (at that time) renew your membership, it will lapse. If you have a County Card and / or Bag Tag you will be required to hand these back at that time. If you wish to re-join at a later date, this will be subject to availability and only after a gap of at least 6-months (from your renewal date). If the gap is less than 6-months then an administration fee of 1/12 of the cost of the membership category you wish to join will be charged.
·         Clandon Golf does not offer extensions to memberships when a member is unable to play through illness or other reason. If a member informs us earlier of impending health issues and wishes to surrender their membership then we would be able to let someone else join to fill the vacant place and therefore not lose out financially.
  • If a former member then wishes to re-join at a later date, this will be subject to availability and subject to an administration fee of £50.
